These Terms and Conditions regulate access and use of the Bizionary application, owned by Richard Lozada ("we", "our", "the developer"). By using the app, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Use of the service
Bizionary is designed to help users analyze and validate business ideas through artificial intelligence tools. Some functionalities are available for free and others require the use of tokens purchased by the user. All information entered is stored securely in Firebase and processed through the Together AI artificial intelligence platform, with the sole purpose of delivering personalized analysis to the user.
2. Eligibility
The app is available for users over 13 years old. Minors must have the consent of their parents or guardians.
3. Tokens and purchases
Users can purchase tokens to unlock premium functionality. Purchases are managed through Apple and are subject to their policies. No token refunds or money refunds are made under any circumstances, except when required by applicable legislation.
4. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the app for illegal activities, automate queries abusively, or attempt to breach the security of the service.
5. Intellectual property
All content generated by the app, including text, graphics and results, is for personal use. The user retains rights to their ideas and can freely use the results.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy or viability of recommendations offered by artificial intelligence. The user is responsible for any decisions made based on generated content.
8. Cancellation
You can stop using the app at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Relevant changes will be notified in the app.
